You must take full advantage of this unprofessional “cottage industry” of ours as we come out of this painful recession.

You must franchise the Artisan brand and become the next DFS of fireplaces. You never have had and never will have any competition, and every person in every county should have the opportunity to buy from their local Artisan.

My wife and I had our eagerly awaited new Artisan Limestone fireplace fitted on 4th Feb and we just wanted to say how pleased we are with the finished result. It can be very difficult when choosing which fireplace to go for and then trying to visualise it in your own room and to this end we had made several visits to your showroom before making our final selection which has completely transformed our room.

 Dear Sir

We recently had fitted a Legend ‘Vantage’ gas fire and I am writing to say how pleased we are with the product and in particular how much we appreciate the effort and expertise your fitter Darren put into the fixture the same.

The aperture revealed when the old gas fire was taken out was far too small for the replacement item and Darren worked so hard to enlarge this. I am not sure how much time is allocated to an installation such as our but I know Darren must have put in double the time to make sure that he completed the task. His dedication and physical energy were to be applauded; he would not be beaten.

The old fire purchased from your company approximately 22 years ago was without problem and I am hopeful that the modern equivalent will serve us in like manner

We would just like thank all who made out lounge complete. The fire and fireplace we chose is really classic. We thank Steve for all his help and deign he did for us, the colour mantel is spot on, also the measuring is brilliant, such a perfect fit. The credit also goes to the real fitters Ian and Ed. They did such a good job, did not take long to do it all. They were very clean and careful workers. And the best thing they did was take their boots off when going upstairs, for the loft and toilet. All the mess was out into strong bags ready for us just to take to the tip. Very cheerful young men! Our lounge now is lovely and warm, and has improved no end with our new marble fireplace. We will certainly recommend Artisan in the future. Well Done.
