Shane was a very pleasant chap who carried out the maintenance very thoroughly. He was considerate and tidied up behind him. Excellent service.

Shane arrived promptly and was very respectful of our home. He worked meticulously and cleaned and serviced our fireplace. He is a very tidy worker and we are very pleased with the service he provided and his attention to detail.

I had a 26 year old gas fire in cast iron surround not working !
Easy thought I to get new fire … NO until I was told by lots of friends Artisan would sort it.
Well we had a few hiccups along the way due to size,production etc.
I was worried but needn’t have been.
Even received a phone call from Chris quite late at night to reassure me everything would be sorted.
It’s now fitted and I’m warm and cosy.
Other firms would have made me buy new surround and fire at great cost !

I bought a gas fire from artisan a while ago . I have it serviced every year by Shane he is so polite and brill at his job . The staff are always really good and helpful over the phone I have no problem with them at all excellent service every time

Many thanks Artisan for our new fire surround! We just needed a surround to replace a dated old one. We were happy with the original hearth so we did not want to replace it or disturb the carpet flooring.
Craig came and took measurements and we chose a contemporary style from a book. We now have a beautiful custom made, modern fire surround. The outer dimensions exactly match the old dated one so very little decorating to do.
We are highly delighted!

We visited Artisan Fireplace Design on a very cold January day but we were soon welcomed warmly by Julie who kindly showed us around the amazing showroom with so many different fires on display, the choice was outstanding. Julie was so polite, helpful, professional and informative. We finally chose the fire we liked and collected a couple of weeks later. The whole process was seamless. The fire has recently been installed and is such a wow factor, completely changing our living room, a fantastic edition.

Excellent service throughout!
We visited the Brighouse showroom a couple of weeks ago in order to see if we could find a glass enclosed fire pit for our decking. We were met by Sue upon arrival who gave us great advice on what they had. She was so helpful. We selected the cube fire pit and arranged delivery a week later by Legend fires, who provide the product. Carl delivered it on time and set it up for us. He was so helpful and took to the time advise me on it’s us, and things to bear in mind when using it. Can’t praise the whole service enough. We love it!!

Artisan truly has the best fireplace designs! They go above and beyond to help you achieve the exact look you want, and it’s clear that Sue, the owner, genuinely cares about her customers. Sue goes out of her way to ensure her customers are happy.

We dealt with Craig and would highly recommend him to others – he really knows his stuff! I wouldn’t trust any other company with my fireplaces – there’s a reason they’ve been around for so long.

I’m so excited to see the final finish and couldn’t be happier with the process so far. A huge thank you to Craig and Sue for everything! Highly recommended.

I cannot praise these people enough! Excellent service from start to finish! The young lad that dealt with my order throughout was so polite and helpful!! Fire service done clean and efficiently

have had a fire from Artsan for several years and they have always been helpful when asked questios or organising services for the fire. Most recent was done by Shane who arrived on time on the arranged date. He waas very profession al and a mine of useful information.

Recent installation.
Removal of old fireplace. Installation of new electric fire. Refitting of old fireplace no need for redecoration or new carpet. No mess.
Infact a perfect job and fitters and company highly recommended.

I first contacted Artisan two years ago when my Faber fire wasn’t working. They sourced and installed the required parts and have serviced the fire annually since then.
They are a pleasure to deal with be it on the phone or with Shane in person.
Always fast, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient.

Lovely guy Shane serviced our gas fire today. Very professional. Did a fantastic job especially as we'd had building work and inside the fire was very dusty. Stripped it all down and thoroughly cleaned and serviced it. Also showed me a better way to light it and turn it off. Couldn't fault him. Thoroughly recommend him.

We visited Artisan in Brighouse, on recommendation after being let down by another Stove & Fireplace company who had excavated a small fireplace cavity before telling us that they couldn’t do the work they had agreed to.
We discussed our problem with Craig at Artisan who thought it should be possible to do the work and came to our house to survey it for us. After taking photos and discussing the construction of the chimney with his fitter, Giles they confirmed that they could do the work.
On their first visit Giles and Saeed created a huge chamber so that we could have what we wanted. Only then did we make a final decision on the gas stove, surround and hearth and paid a deposit.
On the day of installation Giles and Saeed worked for nine hours to leave us with a Stove in an absolutely beautiful limestone surround. We would definitely recommend this company. Many thanks to Craig, Giles and Saeed.

Alex and Patrick, who installed our fire and fireplace made sure everything was delivered safely and installed with the greatest of care and precision.

They offer an annual service on your appliances and annual reminders are sent out ,the staff are always so cheerful and friendly when organising the appt for the annual service. The service on our fire is by carried out by Shane who is such a lovely person and is meticulous at his job-he services and cleans the fire and really leaves our fire glass frontage gleaming again.
