My fire was serviced by a friendly engineer (Shane) who did a good job

Just had our gas fire serviced by the most professional guy, he couldn't be more helpful if he tried what a pleasant individual, our compliments to Artisan for employing such a star,well done and thank you.

We had our annual gas fire service done today, like before this was carried out by Shane. He always does an excellent job and leaves our fire looking like new!

Recent installation.Removal of old fireplace. Installation of new electric fire. Refitting of old fireplace no need for redecoration or new carpet. No mess.Infact a perfect job and fitters and company highly recommended.

I first contacted Artisan two years ago when my Faber fire wasn’t working. They sourced and installed the required parts and have serviced the fire annually since then.They are a pleasure to deal with be it on the phone or with Shane in person.Always fast, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient.

Lovely guy Shane serviced our gas fire today. Very professional. Did a fantastic job especially as we'd had building work and inside the fire was very dusty. Stripped it all down and thoroughly cleaned and serviced it. Also showed me a better way to light it and turn it off. Couldn't fault him. Thoroughly recommend him.

We visited Artisan in Brighouse, on recommendation after being let down by another Stove & Fireplace company who had excavated a small fireplace cavity before telling us that they couldn’t do the work they had agreed to.We discussed our problem with Craig at Artisan who thought it should be possible to do the work and came to our house to survey it for us. After taking photos and discussing the construction of the chimney with his fitter, Giles they confirmed that they could do the work.On their first visit Giles and Saeed created a huge chamber so that we could have what we wanted. Only then did we make a final decision on the gas stove, surround and hearth and paid a deposit.On the day of installation Giles and Saeed worked for nine hours to leave us with a Stove in an absolutely beautiful limestone surround. We would definitely recommend this company. Many thanks to Craig, Giles and Saeed.

Craig at Artisan made it fun choosing a fire and surround, while also understanding our needs and offering great advice.Alex and Patrick, who installed our fire and fireplace made sure everything was delivered safely and installed with the greatest of care and precision.We would highly recommend them to anyone.

They offer a huge range of very modern fire places along with traditional ones-the instore service is excellent and so was the installation of our new fire and fireplace we absolutely love it . They offer an annual service on your appliances and annual reminders are sent out ,the staff are always so cheerful and friendly when organising the appt for the annual service. The service on our fire is by carried out by Shane who is such a lovely person and is meticulous at his job-he services and cleans the fire and really leaves our fire glass frontage gleaming again. Visited to look for a new gas fire for our living room. We were helped by Steve, a very friendly salesman. We found a fire & surround to suit us, placed the order and were given a list of gas fitters for us to contact when the fire was delivered. Looking forward to seeing the new one in. 😊

Wow just had a fire and fireplace installed multi fuel stove taken out ( couldn't cope with the dirt it threw out and hubby's chest was always bad when it was lit.) Amazing service! From start to finish five stars. Fitters Shane and Craig were first class and a credit to the company. They went above and beyond to get the job done the only fly in the ointment was the company that was sent to do a survey on the flue. Not happy with those but Artisan themselves brilliant.

Fire Fitted 02/04/2022Fantastic service, my friend recommended Artisan, as she had bought her new fire from here, she came with me, I knew I could only have a fire that could go into pre-cast flue, I was shown the fires I could have and all the different surrounds, we were not rushed at all, I chose my fire, was contacted a few days later to be given a installation date, when the fitter came he was polite, fitted it showed me how it worked and advised me to make sure I registered the warranty , would recommend them to anyone - Thank You

I ordered a fire surround and hearth which were customised to my chimney breast dimensions. It all fits like a glove, at a good price and I’m highly delighted. The fitters Craig and Harry were superb, highly professional and nice guys too. I can only give them the highest recommendation.

This is the second time I have used Artisan. The first time I had gas fire fitted, this time it was a wood burner. It was a good price and included a chimney liner and fitting, Craig and Harry, the fitters, were brilliant from start to finish. They were extremely professional, courteous and did a great job. I cannot recommend Artisan plus Craig and Harry enough. Fantastic!

Great Service.Friendly and knowledgeable staff. All appointments after that were as planned from the chimney inspection to fluetech who prepared the chimney.Craig and Harry the fitters were brilliant. Spent 10 hours fitting and making sure it was perfect. Very happy with the end result.Highly recommended!

I bought a house in this area earlier this year. I inherited a gas fire from this company. The fire, a log burner looking gas fire did work at first and didn't half through some heat out. However, it wasn't on during the summer and when I put it on this October it wasn't working. My gas engineer told me I needed a part but as I had no manual, I contacted the people at Artisan who were fantastic. A lady called Liz, contacted the manufacturer for me and got back to me with the serial number. I bought the part and my gas engineer fitted but only to find I had another faulty part. I once again contacted Liz who again, got back to me with the part number. I can't thank them enough for their help. Considering I didn't buy the fire myself and I didn't instruct them to repair it, they went above and beyond when helping me. Thank you Artisan.
